Anaheim Canyon CA captured its sixth consecutive Crestview League girls varsity championship with a 29-51 victory over Brea-Olinda CA at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim, Calif. Led by two-time individual champion Emma Hadley covering the 3-mile course in 17:01.6, the Comanches placed five scorers in the top 10 and all seven athletes in the top 15. Sophomore Isabella Frisone was fifth in 17:48.9, junior Sarah Paino took sixth in 17:49.7, senior Isabella Rubalcava placed seventh in 17:54.5 and sophomore Grace Walker finished 10th in 18:10.7, with seniors Ashling Carr (18:15.6) and Jessica Schempp (18:49.6) securing 11th and 15th for the Comanches.
