Led by a third individual title from senior Emma Hadley, Anaheim Canyon won its seventh consecutive team championship in the Crestview League and triumphed against all Century Conference competitors at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim. Hadley covered the 3-mile course in 17:00.3, leading five Canyon athletes in the top nine overall, including five in the top eight among Crestview League competitors. Fellow senior Isabella Frisone was third in 17:23.9, sophomore Makena Oliva finished fourth in 17:26.2, sophomore Lindsay Guthrie took seventh in 18:16.1 and sophomore Heather Greenbaum placed ninth overall, including eighth in the Crestview Leauge, in 18:23.4. Junior Keira Potter placed 12th overall, including 10th in the Crestview League, in 18:26.3 for the Comanches, who advanced to the CIF-Southern Section Division 2 prelims Nov. 12 at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut.
